EXPERIENCE

Site Machinery Refurbishment, Upgrades and Installation

  • Assembly, Installation and Commissioning of Stackers, Reclaimers, Ball and Sag Mills, Crushing Equipment Maintenance, Gear reduction units, Drive Train Laser Alignments.
  • Reclaimer Slew Bearing, Bucket Wheel, Luff Cylinder and Conrod Change Outs.
  • Concentrate Thickener and associated structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical components.
  • CIL Tank and Flotation Cell installation, Refurbishment & Upgrades.
  • Dual D9 Apron Feeder Rebuilds, Chute repairs, Belt Feeder, Feed Bin, Feed Bin Shuttle and Conveyor Extensions.

  • Deconstruction of redundant plant and equipment, utilising effective recycling and hazardous component disposal techniques.

LES employs Occupational health and safety protocols that extend beyond minimum legislative requirements and include

  • Undertaking change and hazards correction.
  • Ensuring Good-To-Go procedures are implemented properly
  • Establishing and writing Safe Work Procedures and incident reporting systems.
  • Identifying responsibilities, executing training programs and establishing first line defences against workplace hazards.
  • Ensuring all personnel are equipped and utilise job-specific PPE equipment
